Handmade Costume Hat
I constructed this hat from thrift store finds for a homemade Halloween costume the year I was pregnant with my daughter. It is made from a plant basket, a turtleneck, some tulle and lace, and a fabric tie from one of the dresses used to construct the rest of the costume.
